Fast Trike enables you to view complete statistical information on your email campaigns, from reports based on filters you created, right down to individual user profiles. Detailed email reporting on your entire account from mailing list percentages and averages to action tracking on a per member basis is available.
You can effectively plan your email campaign strategy based on our detailed campaign tracking - with open, click-through and unsubscribe rates on every email, detailed statistics on your members, list breakdown by top domains, AOL, demographic breakdown by list and much more.
Email reporting capabilities include:
Campaign Reports - Includes open, click-through, bounce and unsubscribe rates; Web site activity; links clicked (HTML vs text); messages referred; spam complaints; and list quality and mailing effectiveness ratings.
Demographic/Recipient Reports - View all demographic information collected on an individual, and complete activity history for individuals including Demographic Breakdown and User Profiles.
List Reports - View campaign and member statistics for individual mailing lists. Reports include list breakdown by AOL and free email account domain (Yahoo, Hotmail, Juno, etc.), as well as new monthly subscribers and unsubscribes.
Emailed Reports - Reports can be automatically emailed at regular intervals to your team or clients.
Aggregate Reports - View complete statistical reports across all or specific messages during a specific time frame. Download a list of your most active recipients.
Action Tracking (Web site tracking) - Action Tracking enables you to track users as they move through your Web site in response to the email messages you send them. You simply place an image tag that we provide on every Web page you want tracked. A typical use is to track transactions from an order confirmation page to determine the more successful message in a split test of subject lines, format, offer, time sent, etc.
Visual Message Report - View click-through data for each link overlaid on a copy of the original HTML message, allowing you to quickly analyze which links generated the most clicks and highest click-through rate, and compare how well a particular link performed in comparison to other links in the same message.
Performance Benchmarking - Fast Trike has developed two benchmarking indexes - the Mailing Effectiveness Index (MEI) number and the List Quality Index (LQI) number - that enable enewsletter publishers to compare the performance of their enewsletters against other emails. The MEI gauges the success and effectiveness of a particular mailing based on open, click-through, unsubscribe, referral and spam complaint rates. The List Quality Index (LQI) score measures the cumulative performance of a list based on opens, bounces and Spam complaints.
Seedbox Monitoring - Real-time seedbox monitoring data is integrated directly within Fast Trike's Campaign Reports, allowing you to view inbox vs. bulk folder rates by ISPs alongside other important campaign metrics such as overall open and click-through rates, bounces, unsubscribes, and Web page visits, without the hassle of logging in and out of separate services to assess the complete deliverability metrics of an email marketing campaign.
