With Fast Trike’s application you can easily view your active and inactive lists, including bounces and unsubscribes. The user profile provides a complete demographic and action history on your members, including messages sent, opened, click-through rates and action tracking. Maintaining your database on either end is simple with the ability to upload and download your existing database from a variety of file types (including Excel, SQL, Access and more) and copy data between lists.
List management features include:
Real-Time List Integration – If you maintain an internal subscriber or customer list, using Fast Trike’s automated programming interface (API), we can automatically capture your subscriber records in real time, or at scheduled intervals. This eliminates the need for manual uploads and ensures that member records are updated immediately, and prior to the distribution of your next email.
List Upload Control – When uploading lists to Fast Trike’s database, you can choose to simply update what you have, and not add a new entry. Example: If your existing list contains the information for johndoe@email.com, and your new list also contains that information, uploading your new list will change the existing information to the new information without adding a second entry for johndoe@email.com.
List Filters – Perhaps you have a company enewsletter that you send to both clients and prospects, but you want to send a special issue just to clients in a specific region. With the Fast Trike’s system you can create multiple “filters” for both subscriber profiles and activities (past email actions such as opens and click-throughs). Filters are also handy for publishers who prefer to send separate versions of their newsletter to different subscriber segments; for example, AOL subscribers.
Bounce Retry/Processing – Bounced addresses are automatically resent to on a specific time interval for one week – and are then considered a hard bounce and moved to the bounce list. You can then specify the interval (in days) to wait before trying to re-send to a bounced email address. For example, if the interval is 2 days, the message will be sent again to the email address in 2 days. If the email bounces the second time, the address will be moved to the bounced list.
Reply/Unsubscribe Handling – Reply Handling allows Fast Trike to handle your replies for you, rather than numerous emails coming through your inbox requiring action. You can set up exactly how you want the replies handled, where you want them to go and what you want us to filter through automatically.
